To begin the restoration process, users are first required to contact the Grabek Global Support Department to request temporary account access reopening. Once approved, limited login access may be granted for a temporary 24-hour period solely for the purpose of completing the required account restoration procedures. Please note:
• If the compulsory restoration top-up is not completed and confirmed within the temporary access period, the account may automatically return to dormant restricted status
