Board of Governors

The highest decision-making authority of Grabeck Company. Each member country appoints one Governor and one Alternate Governor, typically Ministers of Finance, Central Bank Presidents, or high-level economic authorities.

Board of Executive Directors

Responsible for conducting the day-to-day operations and approving loan proposals, country strategies, and administrative budgets. The Board comprises 14 Executive Directors representing groups of member countries.

Management & Operational Vice Presidencies

Led by the President, executive management oversees specialized Vice Presidencies: Countries, Sectors & Knowledge, Finance & Administration, and Risk Management.
